What are your hours?
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11 AM to 9 PM. Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 9 PM. Closed on Tuesday.
What kind of food does Saigon Palace serve?
Vietnamese food first: Phở in nine styles, Bún Bò Huế, Hủ Tiếu and other noodle soups, Cơm Tấm broken rice platters, vermicelli salad bowls, eggrolls and fresh spring rolls. The menu also has stir-fried entrées such as General Tso's Chicken, Spicy Szechuan, Pad Thai and Lo Mein. See the full menu.
How much is a bowl of phở?
Most bowls are $12.75 Large, $13.75 X-Large and $14.75 Super Bowl, including the house special Phở Đặc Biệt and Phở Gà. Seafood phở is $13.95 to $15.75. Each extra topping is $2.25.
What is Phở Đặc Biệt?
Our house special phở, P1 on the menu: rare lean beef, flank, brisket, tendon, tripe and meatballs in beef broth with rice noodles, served with lime, Thai basil, jalapeños and bean sprouts.
What is the difference between phở and bún bò Huế?
Phở is beef broth with flat rice noodles and your choice of meat. Bún Bò Huế is a spicy beef and pork stew with rice noodles, lean beef, flank, tendon and Vietnamese pork roll.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. Tofu Spring Rolls, Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Delight with tofu or curry, Spicy Tofu Singapore Noodles and Vegetable Curry. Some sauces and broths may contain fish sauce or meat, so please ask when you order. See the vegetarian dishes.

Do you cater or take large orders?
